CHAMPION FOR CPC:

Graci McGillicuddy has devoted her life to the next generation, committed to healing children victimized by abuse for decades. After reading an article in 1986 about a child that died of abuse, Shannon Nicole, Graci has invested countless time to support the Child Protection Center (CPC), advance its’ mission, and connect Sarasota’s community to the organization to keep kids safe. Recognized by The KNOW Women as “America’s 100 Women to KNOW” and member of the Florida Women’s Hall of Fame, Graci is quintessentially an advocate for youth. She is also a lifetime board member at CPC, previously holding the role as Board Chair. Children have her heart, and to honor her in this visual way outside of the main CPC office which is dedicated to Shannon Nicole is serendipitous. Graci’s kind and generous heart inspires all.
